One could spend several days talking about all the things there are to see in do in Mexico City. Many individuals that have never visited here often wonder why so many people return to Mexico City to vacation year after year. There are many answers as to why this is but probably one of the best ones is because it almost seems like there are many little countries all wrapped up into the makings of Mexico City. This is most evident by the various districts that you can go to such as Tlalpan and Pedregal.
Tlalpan is many small towns wrapped up in. This is the largest of all the boroughs of Mexico City and what makes it a place of interest is the because it houses the Ajusco volcanic mountains. Although this in itself may seem like a big tourist attraction, it quite often doesn’t make the list of places to see, when in Mexico City. So this affords those that do go there a most enjoyable event to be able to browse and enjoy the community without having to fight throngs of crowds for whatever you want to do whether it be shop or enjoy some fine foot.
There are several things to see and enjoy here. Some of the highlights are the Church of San Pedro Martir de Verona. This was built in the XVIII century so has quite a historic value. There are several other beautiful historical churches to see as well.
You will find that the time you spend here will be a more slow-paced adventure as opposed to many of the sight seeing tourist hot spots. This is probably one of the major aspects of the visit made here is usually most enjoyable.
