This is a place that is held dear to the Mexicans. It is by no means small consisting of sixteen hundred acres loaded with attractions. So when one tells you that you need more than a day for an excursion of Chapultepec Park, you will now understand why. There is something for everyone, young or old and either gender.
If its Museums you enjoy there is no disappointment here as there are several to visit and enjoy. In addition to this, the cost to get in is very reasonable. The nice thing about this park is it is so accessible. It lies on a large hill just on the outer limits of Mexico City. For tourists its perfect as one can get there by subway.
If there has been a discrepancy in the family of what to do for the day perhaps one wanting to go to an amusement park and someone else to the zoo. Then don’t worry because you will find all this and more at Chapultepec Park. In case you may be thinking that the zoo would be rather small, you will be pleased to get the opportunity to view in excess of two hundred different species.
There is no doubt that you will walk miles during your trip here mostly because you won’t want to miss anything. One of the great benefits to this park is its beautiful grounds. This gives an excellent resting atmosphere to sit and relax while you refresh yourself for the next mile. I actually found this to be one of the many highlights of my day just being able to take in the beauty that this most magnificent park in Mexico has to offer. There is no doubt that this one place I will visit again on my next trip to Mexico City, however I hear that there are many beautiful parks here to enjoy.
