Adventurous natives tend to say that Mexico City is a gem amongst the stars in the sky. You can see the stars in the sky at night in Mexico City just like you can in many parts of the world. This park is the city's biggest park, casing over 2000 acres, and it contains enough of the city's attractions, including three of the most important museums, that a short holiday could, with no trouble, be committed just to the attractions within the park.
One place you might want to take the day to visit is the Alameda Park. It has been around since 1541 and is near the Palace of Fine Arts which is what makes the park one of the oldest parks in the city. The history within the park is important as it is part of Mexico’s history with the Aztecs; as the Aztec’s were the people that were there before the Spaniards. The park has side walks for bikes and people and has a number of fountains and a Moorish kiosk. It has a feeling of making you feel right at home when you’re amongst thousands of people. This inspirational refuge is a great place for relaxation and rest on your holiday.
