Enjoying what the nightlife has to offer while in Mexico City doesn’t mean that you have to hit the bars or go on a drinking binge. Mind you if that is appealing to you, there will be no disappointment when it comes to finding places to do so.
For something, a little different though you really might enjoy a visit to the Palace of Fine Arts (The Palacio de Bellas Artes). What you will be able to see here with most certainly impress you with its beauty. To begin with there is a stained glass curtain showing the famed Ixtaccihuatl and Popocatepetl volcanoes. What makes this all the more impressive is that it is the design of a local artist yet it was crafted by Tiffany’s of New York.
Once you can pull yourself away from this attraction you are in store for even more beauty by way of the shows that are offered here. These are shows that are made of cultural dancers. Needless to say, the costumes are nothing short of being exquisite. Between the talent of the dancers and their attire, it certainly is a sight to behold. Again, you will find variety in the shows as well. Perhaps it will be a ballet while you are there; then again, it may be a concert night. The cost of tickets varies just as the shows do ranging from $20 up to well over $500. I personally went a little extravagant and put my ticket on my master card. The evening attire calls for dressy attire so do dress accordingly and you are most certain to have a wonder night out in Mexico City.
You will find it quite interesting seeing Mexico City at night. It seems to take on a whole new look and way of life. This is why spending a vacation in Mexico City is well worth the money.
